Enfamil vs generic

My daughter is now on the generic form of gentlease (walmart brand) and i just recieved $30 gift checks from enfamil towards there formula. Is it safe to use the checks and buy the name brand and then switch back or should i leave her on the generic? Shes 6 months old.

  • I use wal-mart or Kroger brand with DD and before her with DS they both seem fine from it. All of it has to pass through the FDA as nutritionally sound.

  • As long as BABY takes it all right, it's fine. Some can switch back and forth easily, others can't. only way to know is to try.

  • At the Wal-mart around here it's 11.89 for the generic. and like 22.98 for the Simalac.
