what can you take when your nose is draining and stuffy and got a headache other than tylonol

  • unfortunately tylenol is the only thing that is safe...unless your doc gives you the ok or a script for something sucks.

  • Talk to your doctor's office. I got a whole list of OK over the counter meds, and another list of meds to stay away from. I think it was either Dimetapp or Robitussin that I could take for colds and such while pregnant.

  • My doc okayed the plain (red) Sudafed - ask your doc specifically. Also try those Breathe Right strips you stick on your nose or maybe a neti pot to clear sinuses etc.

  • I'm just getting over a cold and I was told I can take Robitussin for cough and Sudafed for stuffiness. Another thing that helps is saline nasal spray. I can't tell you how much I miss Nyquill!
