Allergies during pregnancy ?

Ugh I feel horrible I can't even breathe through my nose I have to breathe through my mouth and I live in a two story home so its very tiring climbing up and down the stairs I have a sore throat it hurts really bad to swallow I'm 14 weeks pregnant I don't know if this is effecting my baby or not I have a appointment with my doctor on the 25th which is next friday so I will tell her about this but any advice on what I can do in the mean time to ease my sore throat ladies.

  • You should go sooner and get your throat checked in case you have strep. Meanwhile gargle with warm salt water. Drink warm tea with honey. Take a spoonful of honey especially before eatting
