Breast fullness problem, 22 weeks pregnant adult content

Okay. i know i tend to be graphic and overly use words, but here ti goes.

I have been  leeking a clear fluid since i was  about 3 months pregnant ( doc told me ima  early bloomer nothing to worry about)   they never seemed to grow to much with the fluid ( even tho i whent from a  D almost a E now ) ,  Now  at 22 weeks my breasts are starting to FILL even more.  Causing bruises, and very very very sore boobs,.  I accidently found out if i apply a little pressure to them they squirt a white-ish/clear-ish  Sticky fluid.  ( Basically Milking them) Make the pain stop quite a bit. But I'm also worried if i "Milk" them , like my friend said i should keep doing ( even offered her pump) ,  that  the Clear fluid will fade and turn to full on milk ( i was told the baby needs the clear fluid for a few days after birth) , But i know if i don't start doing something soon, They are going to explode, ...So... any other pregnant women ( or now mothers)  have ( or had) this problem,  Perhaps found a cure...  its sucks being  a early bloomer,

(also it doesn't help that my sister in law lives with me with a 1 year old who cries...ALOT.. it makes it worse)

  • Dont pump because that can lead to premature labor. You can express a small amount of the milk if you are engorged and in pain but dont empty. Get some good breast pads/soakers. I like the Lansinoh brand. It is normal to be producing. Just be careful not to overstimulate the nipples!

  • This is totally normal. I started at 22 weeks. Just wait until 3 days after your baby is born.

  • I started leaking about 20 weeks... Didn't have any problems with being engorged, though. Now I'm at 37 weeks, and still have the leaking, but nothing more than I did at 20 weeks.

I wouldn't worry that you won't have the "right stuff" for your baby when s/he's born: your body will know just what baby needs.

  • DO NOT PUMP before your baby is born!

  • i have the same problem!! i was like 13 weeks pregnant, i looked down there was two wet spots on my shirt ( i was like what in the world?!) im now 28 weeks and i still have the same problem, i dont pump. But i do squeeze mine out because if i dont then they get like crusty ( i know that sounds gross) but i dont pump. I wear those things in my bra to keep from leaking out.
