Hmm... how do I make cheese balls?

    Pecan-crusted Cranberry Cheese Balls

    8oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
    3 Tablespoons cream cheese, softened
    3 Tablespoons dried sweetened cranberries
    2/3 cup finely chopped pecans
    In a bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and cranberries. Form mixture into bite-sized balls and roll in the pecans, pressing gently to help the nuts adhere. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use. Let come to room temperature before serving.

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup butter, room temperature
    1 (5 ounce) jar pimento-stuffed green olives, drained and minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and margarine until well blended. Mix in the green olives and garlic powder. Shape into a ball, and roll in chopped walnuts to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, but preferably overnight. Serve with an assortment of crackers.

  • A cold one you spread on crackers or the ones you fry or bake that are crunchy & bite sized?

  • Get a block of cheddar cheese. Cut it into small peices. Dip into an egg wash, then into a crumb coating of your choice - or skip the egg dip and dip in a batter. Fry or bake til sizzling.
