  • Your baby will be fine if you have sex, unless the doctor says no.

The bleeding that you had was probably him getting a little touchy with your cervix. You have so much extra blood flow right now that you will bleed easily
(from everywhere - it won't be unusual to bleed again lightly after sex, or even at unexpected times to have nose bleeds, your gums bleed after brushing your teeth, etc.)

Let him know that everything is OK, so long as it isn't heavy continuous blood flow, and if he doesn't believe you then take him with you to your next doctors appointment and have the doctor tell him! (thats what I had to do! lol)

  • He can't hurt the baby. Your cervix is closed and the baby has plenty of cushion. If you're worried about the bleeding call your doctor.

  • Not to worry, your baby is well protected and cushioned. The only reason not to have sex is if the Dr. says no or it's uncomfortable to you. If you're really worried, talk to your Dr , that should help ease your mind.

There are also some good posistions out there that make sex during pregnancy a lot easier.

  • Baby is absolutely fine. The blood is from capillaries in your uterus busting open (totally normal, and it will not put you into labor), and as for him hurting the baby...sorry, super-stud, but it can't be done!

Your doctor will DEFINTELY tell you if it's not safe to have sex, so do it will you still can!
