  • Don't worry about it. Some kids are just thin framed. If you know your son is getting the nutrition he needs and his pediatrician has no concerns, then don't let it stress you.

  • He looks skinny, but not underfed or malnourished. I guessing he's about 4? He hasn't filled out yet. My son is almost 9. He looked like your son until very recently when he started to fill out. Don't worry about it. Grandmas can be too critical sometimes!

  • No not really. If he is within the range of a child his age I would not worry, especially if he does eat. Children are ever changing in their body weight and height. Are you or your husband small? He has probably received a thin gene. The one we all with for. LOL

  • No, he doesn't look too skinny. Boys' metabolisms are so different. Wish I had their metabs! My twin boys were very slim at that age. They are now 18yo, 5'11" & 125 lbs. They eat like horses & never gain an ounce, it seems! Buying jeans for them is a REAL joy! Do you know how hard it is to find 27X33? LOL. The men in my ex's family were all string beans till they turned 40. I wouldn't worry about it, hon. You feed him well & he has regular checkups, I'm sure. If there was any concern, your doctor would say so. :-)

  • He looks slim but not to the point where I would ask if you feed him ever!

Is his doc concerned at all? Thats when I would worry.
