  • Magazines, Maybe a itunes card or something like that if she has an will brighten any girls day, or her favorite snacks if she isn;t on any diet restrictions.

  • Books to read, puzzles books--word searches, music downloaded to an iPod or something similiar. Teen magazines. You can always ASK her what she wants.

  • Music, video games . . . . but you'd have to find out what kind of players she has with her. If she is into beauty stuff, you could put a little beauty kit together with facial cleansing cloths, lip gloss, powder, nail polish, a brush, etc. That way she will be able to freshen up before guests . . . makes any girl happy.

  • As odd as this sounds - Crayons and a Coloring book. Crossword or Suduko puzzle books, some teen literature, teen magazines, if she has a computer and ipod - itunes card. If the computer has a DVD player - movies.
Funny slippers, cool PJS, Funky socks, Don't do food as you never know what they are and aren't allowed to have.

  • You could get her something to color, like one of those posters that has the black fuzzy stuff, not sure what they are called but they are really cute and they have ones that aren't childish that would keep her occupied for a while. You could go by a craft store and see if there is anything. Hope she gets better soon :)

  • If she doesn't have one, I would loan her a laptop, and a computer game she can get lost in until its over, I recommend the Sims 3.
