  • I use boiled, diced potatoes, mayo, sour cream, a litttle dijon mustard, sweet relish, dried dill & parsely, celery, and hard boiled eggs. Then when it's all cooled and in the serving bowl I sprinkle a little paprika on top.

  • Do I HAVE to use red potatoes for potato salad? I only have this going to change the taste dramatically?

  • White potatoes are fine. Also, whatever fresh ingredients you have are fine. Celery is good, cucumber is good.
