What age was your child when they stopped taking naps?

I know every child is different, just more of a poll really :)

  • 3-4, but we always had a quiet time even after they stopped napping until they started kindergarten.

  • Still going at almost 4. Some days she can get by without one but generally, she is a crank if she doesn't lay down for a bit.

  • My oldest could take a nap any and everytime there was naptime well into grade school. My second was so over naps before she was 2. The funny thing was she was the nap queen in high school.

  • My first was 2, the second was about 4, the third was still taking a few naps a week when she started kindergarten (full day with no nap time...she would fall asleep in class the first 2 weeks and zonk out as soon as she got home, lol), #4 was about 3. The youngest is 8 months and still takes...however many. I don't count. When he's tired he goes to sleep where ever he is at.
