Are there any uses for club soda, other than drinking it?

My MIL left a bottle of club soda at my house, and I hate the taste. Are there any other uses for it?

  • If you drop anything on your rugs like wine, coffee or juice, Blot up the stain by pressing on it with a rag then pour the club soda over the rest of the stain & the bubbles will raise the stain to the top of the carpet. Blot with clean towels until the stain diasappears. You can use seltzer too.

  • Use it to spot clean your carpet or area rug. It does a pretty good job on organic or water based spots and doesn't leave a sticky residue like all the store cleaners do.

  • Pancakes will be fluffier too. Other than cooking with it I don't know other uses.
