  • We are not going to buy the camper we wanted to this year. We will stick to camping in a tent for another year.

  • Nope. We go to Yosemite every year regardless of prices.

  • We probably wont drive so far away...but part of that is that we will have a newborn this summer. Its not so much that we wouldn't be able to afford it...I just refuse to pay that much to drive somewhere if there are options closer to home.

  • Gas prices are the least of the things keeping us from going on any kind of vacation! We be no joke broke here in dis house. ;0)

  • No, we've never been able to afford to go on a vacation and it's no different this year.

  • we'll still go camping a few times... but will have ZERO play money when we get there. What it really effects is every day life... money we put in the gas tank has to come from somewhere... the only place that can come from is our food budget... which is minimal all ready ;o(

  • Nope. The only thing that will be affected will be which vehicle we take - the extremely cramped car, or the roomy van.
