Can you do a nasal rinse in a netipot with table salt?

I don't have any sea salt and I'm not driving 45 minutes away to get it. I was just there and forgot it! >:( So I'm not going back. But I am supposed to do a nasal rinse every night now because I'm really congested and it's causing a terrible sore throat.

  • I have never used sea salt. This is what we use:
Per dose: 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking soda 8 oz. warm water (preferably distilled)
