2 Bumps

At 12 weeks pregnant, is it too late for me to continue doing ab exercises to tone up so I can have a really cute belly when I begin to show?

  • Your bump will be cute regardless of how much ab work you do. The ab muscles separate to allow for baby bump to show so toning up will not effect how bump looks. Try to do light exercise and pregnancy yoga to stay in shape and keep healthy while preggers. The saggy sack after birth us stretched out skin and will take awhile to go back to a more flat and toned looking midriff.

  • Seriously, why not worry about carrying a healthy baby. If you are so worried about the weight issue why did you get pregnant again?

  • No intensive core training after 16 weeks, approx. Its perfectly fine to continue a modified routine when you begin bulging.

  • After being obese in my 2 previous pregnancies, sorry I'm a little vain this time around. I lost the weight before getting pregnant but I still dread having that awful extra pouch under my belly even when I'm near the due date.

  • I would focus more on light exercise like yoga or even dance.Nothing strenuous.
