How do u teach our child to sit alone??

  • Give them opportunities to do it. Put them in front of you and play with toys while they lean back on you, or I used to use boppies to support mine in a sitting position. They just need to build those muscles and learn to balance.

  • Tummy time also helps to strengthen their backs for sitting and crawling.

  • I used my Boppy to prop my little girl up A LOT. Also, I used a Bumbo seat which was also great!

  • I proped mine in the corner of the couch with a pillow in front of him. I sat next to him or on the floor in front of him.
