I have been in a foul mood tonight. I just feel overwhelmed and sad. I am 6 months pregnant and ALWAYS hungry yet the little food I have is not satisfying my hunger!! So...
I chose a peppermint candy cane. I am almost done with it and I swear...my mood has improved. I feel more calm and actually satisfied. They say peppermint is good for you. I never cared much for candy canes but tonight I am truly thankful:)
Just wanted to share. Maybe you all should try it, too! Tis' the season after all...lol
