  • breakfast:.. french toast and omlettes

lunch: egg salad sandwiches with some fruit for a side

dinner: lasanga (since a pan typically leaves left overs for dinner the next night) with a salad and buttered bread.

  • I never make hamburger helper. I always have stuff on hand for meals. So I could easily make 2 meals without spending anything extra. Chicken, rice, asparagus. Salmon or tilapia, pasta, carrots. Roast, potatoes, peas. Pork chops, hash brown casserole, corn. Pancakes or waffles, sausage, fruit. Pasta/meat/veggie hotdish, x a few.

  • Yes I can. Bread & eggs for one meal; what I would do is keep two eggs out of the total eggs; buy flour & sugar & make a batter of okay consistency with eggs, milk, sugar & flour to make pancakes & will use cinnamon powder to dust on which generally we do have in our kitchens.. Right?

  • all for under 6 bucks

basically, your basics can make breakfast and lunch.. for dinner try things that can be eatten again or reused: grilled chicken left overs = chicken a la king the next day or chicken salad or fajitas

roast beef.. get the roast,, cook for one meal, eat.. through it in a crock pot with aujus and have beef on wicks or roast beef sandwiches the next night, and quasidias(sp?) the third night (just heat meat, throw on soft shell them meat, then american cheese and last shell.. you can add onions or peppers if you like as well)
