Turkey Burgers on the grill questions

Never cooked them on the grill before. Any thoughts on how to make them not too dry?

  • If you add chopped mushrooms into the ground turkey then shape them into patties, the mushrooms absorb the juices from the turkey and help to keep it moist with pretty much no change in flavor.

  • Just don't overcook them, 3-4 minutes on each side should be enough. We only make turkey burgers now with ground turkey breast, they are so much more flavorful than beef, not to mention healthier.
