  • I lost my mucus plug at 6am Thursday morning. I happened to have my doctor appointment that morning anyway. I told him about it and he said it could be days to a few weeks (I was 37 weeks). I started having some contractions that evening and I went to the hospital. They then stopped. I had occasional contractions after that, but nothing consistant. My water broke at 5pm on Saturday.

  • I lost mine around that time and didn't deliver until 40 weeks.. It can come out weeks or days before labor starts.. It coming out also doesn't mean your water will break now :) Hang tight, you may still have weeks to go..

  • I lost mine with #5 at 28 weeks and didn't have her until 38 weeks 5 days. They can actually grow back.
