  • fried rice - add cream of mushroom soup with cooked chicken and maybe some broccoli or peas - risotto - add to soup

  • Stir fry, rice pudding, or put it in chicken soup. I used day old rice by putting it cold in a bowl with some milk cinnamon and sugar.

  • Saute cabbage, onion and carrots, add soy sauce and sesame oil, simmer until tender, add ground ginger and ground mustard, add 3 eggs and scramble, add the cooked rice and frozen peas, taste to see if you need more soy sauce.

  • Add a can of broccoli cheese soup, some mixed veggies and chicken breasts(whole chopped or shredded) Makes a great cassarole and it so easy!
    To go Mexican, add a can of Rotel, cheese soup and chicken. serve with sour cream

    Bake both in a 9X12 until the chicken is done, about an hour - hr 1/2.
