  • we have some right but nothing really saddly
    i'm a custonal i raise my step kids yet i still cant sign some forms , i can sing for for emergance treatment

  • Only if you are the adoptive parent. Or if something happens to the parents and there is no designated guardianship. But that it still tough when blood family gets involved

  • I dont know what kind you are asking about. Everyday rights? You have some if there is an emergency then sure you can sign for medical treatment. School? You can probably act as a guardian in some cases, but that has to be in the file. Basic things like that. If you divorce or seperate then no you have absolutely zero rights to the children.
