ummm can someone please tell me when.........

i am suppose to ovulate?

I have a 29 day cycle ans i have been to many web pages and they all tell me something different.

I started my period on 11/18/2008
any help

  • About 2 weeks after the first day of your period is when you ovulate.

  • It's about 2 weeks before the first day of your period. With a 29 day cycle it would be about the same counting either way, but if there's any irregularity it will happen before ovulation. The post-ovulation period (luteal phase) then lasts 10-15 days, and then your period starts again. So you'll probably ovulate sometime from December 1 to 6.
