How can i firm up my stomach skin after having a baby??

HELP my stomach skin's loose..I had a baby 5 months ago and i'm looking for the fastest way to firm up my skin! There's no stretch mark's and it's not fat..just a loose appearance! Any advice from mommy's out there...or professionals?

  • Yes, yoga strengthens your "core". Well, if you haven't done yoga before, start with some beginner yoga. Rent a tape, find one at Walmart, move up to more advanced from there. There are even mommy and me yoga classes in some areas where you can bring your baby/kids and do the poses with them, too.

  • There's no way to fix loose skin except through a tummy tuck. Sorry, I have the same problem.

  • it's just a bit loose, around the belly button, nothing hang's or wrinkles...there's def other way's out there then surgery!!

  • Drink lots of water too! Hydrated skin has more elasticity.
