  • I do cardio everyday and go to the gym to do strength training 4 days a week. I have cut back on things since I am pregnant. I still run daily and will be running a full marathon next weekend. At the gym I am doing a modified workout my doctor suggested to me. He encourages me to continue to be active makes labor easier also so much easier to get back in shape after the baby is born.

  • I go running about 3 days a week and bike 2 (weather permitting on the bike), plus I do weights 3-4 days a week (same days as running/biking). So about 5 days a week.

  • i go to the gym mon-fri, and am there for 2 hrs each day..i also do zumba 2-3 times a week too! i just started this whole "eat healthy, and exercise" thing..LOL its looooooong overdue!!

  • Not enough! I fell off the wagon when I got sick a few weeks ago, and have yet to find the motivation to hop back on.
