long do you walk/run? And when you do run/walk do you push yourself to do more?

  • Now I am very good I push my self ,than the exersice for 30 minutes.

  • Hmm.. I'm taking personal training at the moment but feel have to include walks as well & I surely can walk more py pushing myself.....

  • The dog makes me walk her at least 6 times a day. Its not just an in and out. Once Im out and the dog does her thing, I go down to the cow pasture, then around and back. Its about a mile and a 1/2 each time. Keeps Me AND the dog trim

  • Hmm.. I'm taking personal training at the moment but feel have to include walks as well & I surely can walk more by pushing myself or even danicing too is a very good exercise.....

  • I usually run anywhere from 3-13 miles depending on my time and my mood....

  • at least 30 minutes when i'm doing it for "exercise" and yes, i try to go further or walk faster when i'm out

  • I usall walk 15 minutes 2 times wich is 30 minutes. like 3 days a week. I walk.

  • i walk for 30-45 min. every day. i usually push my self to walk farther faster

  • I walk the kids to school and back. I walk up and down the hallway at work. That's about it.
