  • both. i tighten my abs lifting weights and i do leg ups on the floor and also yoga. the navasana pose really works the abs hard

  • Both. I have floor and standing ab routines. There are several standing exercises that are awesome for the obliques, but I find the floor ones tend to work the center portions of the abs better than standing. It's a good idea to mix up your ab routines (just like the rest of your workout regimen) to make sure you are hitting all the different areas of muscle.

  • Standing up. Can't do them on the floor because my tail bone sticks out just a tad and my hips haven't been right since having my kids.
