  • I don't do "A" diet - I eat more fresh produce, whole grains, etc, less sodium/refined sugar/fats. The fad diets are just that, a fad.

  • i dont think diet" is a good word to use.. may i suggest using its a wonderful FREE weightloss community. ive been a member for 3 years and i love it! sort of like Cafe mom

  • I don't really diet but I try eat right with lots of veggies fruits and proteins. And to get plenty of exercise and drinks lots of water

  • I am reducing ALL portions of whatever I am eating at all meals. And eliminating white flour products and all sodas/pop. And walk every day.

  • Calories in calories out diet. But also a lifestyle change- we switched from 12" plates to 9" so smaller portions go hand in hand. We eat a lot more fresh produce and I'm quite certain we'll continue to do so even after we've lost all our weight. Being over weight is not something I want to go back to.
