are starting your diet do you buy new clothing and shoes? You know sometimes I like to feel like I am starting fresh.

  • I think what works well is to set small goals for yourself and to reward yourself with something like new clothes or a manicure when you reach each goal. It helps you stay on track and then once you reach your final goal, then you can go shopping!

  • Kinda, I like to buy exercise clothes so that I feel good about the way I look when I'm working out. I haven't been able to do that in forever, I grew out of the last pair of excercise pants that I bought, GRRRRRR!
    Oh well, I will fit back into them soon enough. And then shrink out of them, YAY-AH!
