Do you like quiche?

What's your favorite kind?

I'm munching on some left over spinach quiche and it's sooo yummy. What other kinds are good?

  • I think I'll make it for breakfast tomorrow...I have mushrooms and onions and ground sausage and pepperjack cheese.

  • There's a local cafe here that has it as a special once a month - spinach or bacon cheddar. It's always a tough choice.

  • I've never tried it :( Here's a bump because I'd like to know what's good, since I've been dying to try it forever.

  • I love it. We use whatever's left in the fridge, honestly. I have the basic custard recipe, but after that, i improvise. You can never go wrong with bacon or ham as a base. I've used peas, corn, spinach or broccoli as the veg. Different cheeses make for different flavors and textures, as well. It's a great dish to experiment with.
