  • Stays in there. Put it in at night and let it stay in there until you shower the next morning, but don't go scooping it out. It'll come out on it's own. The back of the package probably gives you better instructions lol.

  • Monistat 7 is good to use for yeast infections....it comes with these small suppositories with this stick thing and you insert it pretty far into your vagina and you are supposed to leave it there, i would do it at night time and wear a pad cause it does get warm down there and will melt. No do not wipe it away, its supposed to stay in there to make the infection go away. No if you use the restroom and have to pee then yes wipe as normal, but dont try to wipe the mdeicine out.....hope this helps! Good luck..yeast infections are no fun !

  • should insert at night ( bedtime... otherwise it will ooze back out while you are up doing things.) use a towel or pad (panties). dab a little on the outside also to keep the itching down. get up in the am and go pee... most will come out but still throughout the day some may leak out. insert the whole tube and push the medicine in. ( DO THE 7 DAY treatment.... anything less and it will come back again)

  • Read the directions. Do you wear pantyhose? And underwear? And slacks? Too many layers of clothing in that area breeds bacteria. You can also douche with vinegar water. Vinegar kills the bacteria. Just don't do it every day. Once the infection is gone, douche every day with plain water. Watch what you eat. If you eat a lot of high acid foods, that will cause yeast infection.

  • It should come with an applicator that you use like a tampon. Obvisouly don't shove it up TOO far to where it hurts, but you wanna make sure you get it all in. It is best to use it right before bed so when you lay down it doesn't leak out. You don't need to wash it out or anything, it will dissolve on it's own. Of course a little may come out when you wipe or whatever but that's fine.

  • IMO...DON'T use that stuff. It can actually make you MORE likely to have one again.
Get yourself a good, refrigerated acidophiles supplement...one with at least a billion (you'll understand when you read the labels) and get yourself cranberry juice and yogurt to eat. If you take all of that every day, it will probably clear up in the same amount of time...and NOT harm you in any way or create a resistance to anti-fungals (as the monistat will do).
You can even put plain acidophiles yogurt directly ON the area...and then wash it off after a few. I know people who've done that too.
Also, make sure to wash all your underwear in HOT water to kill whatever bacteria is in there...and wear a panty liner to keep yourself fresh all day. I haven't had one in a LONG time...but I remember...
Good luck! I know how uncomfortable that can be!

  • its perfectly safe for use in pregnancy, shoot it up there as you would inserting a tampon, you can use some extra cream in the outside skin to relieve the itch. You do want to make sure its completely healed before you give birth, and let your dr. know if it hasn't. Baby is completely safe at this point as the cream stays in the vaginal area. Eat lots of yogurt , that will help prevent outbreaks.
