  • I felt my baby at 18 weeks after our first ultrasound. She hated it and was flipping around afterwards so I could feel her.

  • I didn't really feel my son moving around until I was in my second trimester. He was my first though. I felt my daughter moving around at about 20 or so weeks. It was a LOT sooner than her brother, and I'd been feeling movement for months before my husband could.

  • I believe I was 4 to 4-1/2 months with my first one. But she turned out pretty big. 24-1/2" and 8-1/2 lb. Long and thin. Maybe depends on their size?

  • It will be different for everyone and every pregnancy. Some babies are just more active. With my first I was about 5 1/2 months. He was more of a stretcher that a mover and a shaker...lol. He would just push out as hard as he could-as if trying to make more room in there. WIth my second it was about 3 1/2 months. She was constantly all over the place-like a little mole tunnelling under the ground. SO dont wory about whether your baby is doing what it is supposed to as long as your Dr check ups are good then he or she will start moving around where you can feel it soon enough. The important thing is that after you start feeling a lot of movement then you should let your Dr. know if there is a drastic change in the amount of movement you feel or if you have gone for over a day and not felt anything. These could be signs of a problem.

  • I and 11 weeks and I believe I feel my baby moving. At my first ultrasound at 10 weeks I had been feeling movement for a few days and the ultrasound confirmed the movement because during the baby wouldnt stop moving and I could feel it the whole time. Everyone is different.
