Dd headaches

for a month now my dd has complained about headaches. shes 5 yrs old and i was thinking could she need glasses? we got her a dsi and ever since we bought it the headaches have started?

  • Start a headache diary. When the headaches start, how long they last, what activity she is doing at the time, and location of headache. I did these as a child and it really helped the doctor help me. Don't just take her to see a doctor immediately because they won't be able to see a pattern so you may not get results that will HELP her.

  • give some motrin, an ice pack for her head and make her a DR appt

  • limit the dsi time and have her eyes tested.

  • Cut out the dsi and see if they go away. If not, see pediatrucian.
