  • Daycare is not the place to skimp. Cut corners elsewhere and make sure your baby is in a loving and caring environment.

  • A family member would be the least expensive. You have to look around your area. Talk to other parents.

  • I did a search to see violations.the daycare my son goes to had no violations in 5 years plus I pay $300 a month and a$10 art fee. She is wonderful and does so much with the kids. In Texas they post all violations some of those places had 10 or more. Word if mouth also is great

  • Whatever you choose, ALWAYS contact your local dept of safety/health and check to see what complaints have been filed. Make sure the place does a background check on EVERY employee. If it's a home daycare, do your own background check on the owner and any employees working there.

  • Depends on your area. Rates differ from city to city, state to state and you do NOT want to go cheap. You pay for what you get. If it seems to good to be true, then it is.
