  • When Im upset, mad, stressed whatever... I clean. Dishes I found are the best, as well as vacuuming. vacuuming is LOUD, and kind of drowns out thoughts. Dishes, I dunno is just repetitive and soothing :)

  • Take some time for yourself in the bathroom. Set up candles, the more the merrier/ scented, even better. Shut the lights. Bubbles in the bath. Take your time. Do a slow wash. Don't rush anything. Just concentrate on YOU and how good this bath feels. Nothing outside this room concerns me right now. It's just me and feeling good. If I don't have time for that, I take a minute or two for breathing. Deep, slow breaths in and out. Breathe in good thoughts, out negative thoughts. Breathe in good energy, out negative energy. Let go of everything else. Nothing else matters right now. Relax the muxcles, one by one. Relax the brain. Just a few minutes might be all you need.

  • yoga helps me, nothing advanced. I also like to take a walk with my daughter and our dog. Listening to my favorite music even if it has to be with earbuds in. Just breathe.
