  • Would you consider taking vitamins along with exercise and drinking lots of water?
I take "biotin" it's for hair, nails and skin I get it at Walmart so far so good ;) look in the vitamin section it comes in a purple box that is they haven't changed the look lately but you can get this anywhere I guess but in their brand :/ GL

  • You just need to make sure you're eating a well-balanced diet, and as many whole (not processed) foods as possible. Use a multi-vitamin supplement to help ensure you're getting all the proper vitamins and trace minerals. If you don't eat a lot of fish and / or eggs, you might consider a Fish Oil supplementation as well. And lastly, moisturize frequently and drink lots of filtered water to keep skin hydrated from the inside out.

  • My great grandma use to drink warm water with a tea spoon or two of the Jello mix for her nails. She always had pretty nails but who know if that's why. lol. I always liked the way it tasted.
