I don't look like I'm 6 months.

I'm 25 weeks tomorrow, and I feel like I look less.

I've gained 23 pounds so far and I don't feel like I'm big enough.

I'm still not feeling very strong kicks either. I can see the kicks but they aren't very powerful.

  • trust me, you don't want to get very big.. and as for the kicks, they'll get stronger as time goes on. and if you ever have doubts, you can talk to your doctor.

  • Some people literally pop at like 7-8 months. Others like myself just wasnt that big. If they say the baby is fine in size and everything then take this as a blessing.

  • Yeah my mom with her first child didn't get very big either, she only gained 15 pounds. She said I'm big for my first child and for being 6 months. At my ultrasound 20 weeks, the tech said he looks great for his age and he was active as could be. I can see the kicks like my stomach doing the worm or something, but they aren't very powerful and I only notice them when I have my hand on my belly. I also don't feel kicks when I'm walking. Only when I'm sitting, laying down.

  • As long as the Dr says you are both healthy I wouldn't worry about it.

  • I didn't "show" till I was about 8 months. I just looked like I had gained weight. You won't see a major movement on the outside till about 28-30 weeks. :) congratulations and good luck!
