  • Mix some dijon mustard, brown sugar, ginger and cloves into orange marmalade, and add orange juice and apple cider.

    For a good size ham, you'll want about 1/3 cup each of the dijon and marmalade, 1/4 cup brown sugar, tsp each ginger & cloves, 3/4 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup apple cider. Place the ham into the baking pan and pour the mixture over. Baste frequently.
