Do you think you'll give your kids a choice to go to college or not?

Some parents make it mandatory for their kids to go to college, some let their kids make their own choices; what have you done? what do you think you'll do when the time comes?

  • Both my kids know that college is expected of them. It is not a choice, it is not a demand. They are simply expected to go. It is not up for discussion in my house. @crafting mama- good luck with that! Write back in 16 years and let us know how it goes ;)

  • It's important so I'm going to encourage my child to attend college.

  • After she turns 18 I cannot force her to do anything (it's hard now even at 2) but I will encourage her to attend by fostering a love of learning.

  • I'm going to make sure my children know how important it is for them to go. I'm not going to DEMAND, exactly, but I will be stressing that they need to do it.
