I want ones that the cookie part stays very light in color, but gets crispy, but a light airy crispy. They melt in your mouth. Nothing chewy, nothing that gets nice & brown (I love those too but really want these others right now!). I'm not having much luck finding a recipe online, do you have your own recipe that sounds like what I'm looking for? Thanks!
