Got some turkey cutlets on sale...how should I prepare them?

I looked on allrecipes.com and sparksrecipes.com but didn't really see any 5 star healthy ways to cook these up. Any ideas?

  • Assuming they are boneless... slice the meat about 1/2 inch thick, rotate and keep slicing as much as you can- creating the longest "slab" of meat possible. Make some stuffing (stove top is easiest) and place starting about 2 inches from an end, spreading it all over the slab (like you would sugar/cin making cinnamon rolls). Then roll it up (same as cin rolls) and tie with cooking twine or you can try toothpicks to hold it closed. You can get creative and add craisins to the stuffing mix too. Then bake (not sure on temp or time- can google cooking time depending on type/weight/amount of meat). Good luck :)

  • Cook them like you would chicken and if you like teriyaki sauce you can simmer them in it and steam some fresh veg's. ( broccoli, cauliflower, etc. and then cut up your turkey and mix everything with cooked rice and a little more teriyaki sauce for a turkey stir fry.
