Is there a GOOD, healthy cook book?

Does such a thing exist? I manage to tweak most "healthy" recipes so that they taste pretty good and most "tasty" recipes so they are relatively healthy lol. But I would like to find a cook book that walks the line between healthy and delicious. The Better Homes and Gardens cook book I have has some really yummy stuff in there, but it's all white flour and such. I also have a La Leche League cook book and everything in there is somewhat less than tasty. Well, not everything lol. But that's the trend I see.

So what is your favorite cook book of healthy recipes that won't taste like dirt?

  • That depends on what you define as "healthy". For me, healthy is lo-carb so I would stick with lo-carb cookbooks.
