churro question

this is my 2nd time makeign churros. are they supposed to be mooshy dough liek on teh inside?

  • The inside of a churro is similar to the inside of an eclair or cream puff (before you put anything in it, I mean). It shouldn't be too soft, that would be undercooked, but it is soft and pale.

  • Yep. Churro dough is similar to choux pastry, which is what eclairs and cream puffs are made from. They should be soft, fluffy, but not wet or gooey.
