  • I wouldn't force it. My 3 year old will actually gag herself until she throws up if she doesn't like the food and I try to make her eat it. I wouldn't recommend it :/

  • Let them spit it out. At least you got past the barrier to get them to stick it into their mouth in the first place. Try it again on a different night, and prepare it in a different way to see if they change their mind.

  • I am with the rest of the crew on this, the battle is just not worth it. If you are getting your 3 year old to try new foods you are way ahead of the game.
