  • Maybe not right off the bat, but you'll need to know things like general schedules, whether you will have the children part or full time, consent for medical care, allergies, contact information, who else is allowed to pick up the children, that sort of thing. We were flexible on when the parents paid...if they got paid every other wednesday, we were fine being paid then versus every Friday or something like that, so if you were going to be flexible you would need them to sign something to the effect of "I'll pay you this day".
