Do you have days you're constantly Hungry?

Lately I'm constantly Hungry!! I don't know if its me getting my taste back after 3 Brutal chemos! But I'm hungry all the time! I can't have my cravings! What can I do!? Anyone else deal with constant hunger!!??

  • I'm hungry all the time. I find that when I have hearty full breakfasts, it helps. And just snack, and drink lots of water. I usually have, breakfast, lunch, diner, and supper.

  • I have days like that. I think mine is emotional eating. Maybe you should write down what you're feeling on the days you stay hungry. Then you can see if there's a pattern. If you're really hungry try eating something you can have and then distracting yourself, by reading or taking a walk or something.

  • Whenever I want to eat ,I drink some ice water or have some raw baby carrots. Anyway,its not easy but it works.I drink about 5or 6 glasses of water a day---10 ounce glasses.

  • When I get my period and it's because nothing tastes good. It could be from the chemo, my grandma ate everything in site after she was done with chemo.
