Can You drink sleepy time tea while pregnant ?

  • I dont see why not, I would imagine it would be less harmful than drinking coffee while pregnant...small doses should probably be fine

  • Hmm my dr told me that coffee told me coffee wouldn't hurt my baby !! I drink like 2 cups a day! eek

  • Yes, it has no caffeine(which in small amounts such as 2 cups of coffee is fine) and it is completely herbal.

  • The only thing to be concerned with in terms of herbs is the chamomile. They say you shouldn't have "medicinal amounts" of chamomile while pregnant. But it isn't medicinal amounts- its just tea, unless that is all you drink you should be fine.

  • I'm just waking up in the middle of the night with horrible pain, I have a broken tail bone so I'm trying to find other things to use to help me sleep aside from the pain meds the dr has me on or benadryl.
