How is that possible?

yesterday i was about 51kg and for lunch i went to all you can eat japanese food ... that's all i ate for the whole day because i was really full i couldn't eat anymore after and i put on 3kg!! how is that possible?

  • That type of food is usually deep fried and, even if you get a dish that is not, it is loaded in sodium...which, as we all know, retains water. You are probably experiencing some bloating after a meal like that. Try drinking some water and stay away from those kinds of foods (where you cannot control or monitor contents) and see how the scale treats you next week. Good luck.

  • I agree with ShaunnaMichelle, besides, your weight fluctuates everyday, its not good to weigh yourself every day. Are you drinking plenty of water?

  • The salt content in that type of food will make you retain WATER weight and thats how you gained that much.

  • People over eat at buffet restaurants. Japanese food is very high in sodium, which can cause water retention.

  • don't weight yourself daily, your weight fluctuates on what you eat and what you empty. try weighting yourself every week to see a difference.
