Meal Ideas?

I have to go grocery shopping tomorrow and I always try to come up with a menu before I go. I get SOOOOO tired of trying to come up with meal ideas! What are some quick, easy, but maybe a little unusual meals that you make for your family? Thanks!

  • I got this from the Kraft website. Its really quick and easy. Plus it has great flavor and my two year old (who is super picky) even loves it.

    Orange Chicken Rice Bowl

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
    1/4 cup orange juice
    3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
3 cups hot cooked long-grain rice
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts Make It

HEAT large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.

STIR in dressing and juice. Bring to boil. Add vegetables; cook 5 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SERVE over rice. Sprinkle with nuts.

  • What about flautas? They're a little time consuming, but so worth it, and you can make a bunch at one time and have them for a couple of meals. Just cook some boneless skinless chicken, by simmering in broth. Shred the meat, then add back to the pan with some chicken base, chopped green chilis, onion powder. Liberally sprinkle with fresh ground white pepper. Roll in flour tortillas, then fry until deep golden brown. Serve with sour cream, guac, salsa, and Spanish rice.
