  • I can check my daughters chat only if she leaves the chat box down at the bottom of the screen. If she closes out the box, then when I log on it's gone.

  • As the other parent said you can't check a chat box unless they left it open and you sign in under thier name it is usually still there.

  • I always sign on as my son. If he is chatting at the time, I see it.

  • Yes.
Sit there next to him while he is online.
Then take the keyboard with you when you are gone.

  • You need the password, or you need to be looking over the child's shoulder.

  • I was told by a friend of mine that all instant messaging conversations go to your inbox now. Not sure how true that is though.

  • Yes, you can get a disc on your PC that literally logs every single thing that is typed in. It's spyware. I did it, and found my SD had several email accounts, got all the passwords ect. My friend did it and caught her DH cheating, and had proof. It is undetectable on the computer. You have to type in certain keys to open the program. It's really cool. I'm all about spyin g if you need to to protect your child.

  • Like Jackie said.... spyware. I have a PG key that shows everything my kids do, just like watching a video clip and it logs key strokes.
