What kind of healthy snacks do you provide for your kids?

I am guilty of giving fruit snacks and not so healthy treats. Just trying to get some other ideas. Diabetes runs in my family and I don't want to get my kid filled up on sugary un-healthy snacks.

  • Popcorn without all the butter and salt is actually good for you. It's a whole grain. Here's a link that you might find useful. http://www.healthy-kids-snacks.com/category/popcorn-recipes
